I'm entirely new to editing sims files so I'm not sure how to even begin troubleshooting this and I haven't found anything helpful on google, but perhaps I'm just searching for the wrong things? Sims 4 Studio - Get insights about this user-friendly Sims 4 Studio for. I don't know if it matters but the types of details I'm trying to duplicate are a skin overlay, a "birthmark" detail with a lot of swatches (appears in a couple of skin detail categories as well as a couple of tattoo categories), and a breast overlay. When I finished changing all of the files I put the folders with the new package files into my mods folder but when I launch the game and go into CAS none of the new files appear, only the originals which I left in the Mods folder. What I did to try and achieve this was to copy the original skin detail file into a new folder separate from the original file and then change the category of the detail in sims 4 studio and "Save As" under a new name so as to not overwrite the previous file. What I wanted to do was to make copies of existing skin detail cc so that I could have a copy of the cc in every skin detail category (mouth crease, forehead, mole, etc) and the same thing in tattoo categories too. ![]() Hi there!
